Before Starting

Treat any tooth decay or gum inflammation before starting.

Have professional teeth cleaning before taking measurements or scans.

The patient must commit to wearing the aligners for 20–22 hours daily.

Fully understand the treatment plan and the expected treatment duration.
During / After Starting

Remove the aligners only when eating or drinking, except when drinking water.

Clean the aligners daily with lukewarm, not hot, water and a soft toothbrush.

Brush your teeth after every meal before putting the aligners back in.

Avoid hot drinks while wearing the aligners.

Pressure or mild pain may occur during the first two days of each stage, and this is normal.

Change the aligners according to the specified schedule.

After completing treatment, use a retainer according to the dentist’s instructions.
