Brush your teeth with toothpaste 3 times a day, for at least 2 minutes each time.

Use mouthwash, such as Listerine, 2–3 times a day, for at least one full minute each time.

Use dental floss from the pharmacy, or preferably a water flosser, at least once a day before brushing your teeth.

Do not drink or eat anything between brushing your teeth and going to sleep, except water.

Do not bite hard foods directly with your teeth, such as carrots or anything hard. If it can be cut with a knife, slice it first before eating.

Do not open hard items with your teeth, such as envelopes, ketchup packets, chips or biscuit bags, strong nuts, or threads. Use scissors or a knife instead.

Do not drink or eat foods and beverages that contain strong pigments.

Do not use long-lasting lip tint that can only be removed with a special remover.

Do not use products that strongly stain the body and are difficult to control, such as certain strong dyes.

It is recommended to use Emoform Diamond toothpaste daily,
use Depurdent twice weekly,
and have professional cleaning at the clinic every 6 months, approximately twice a year.
