Please follow the instructions below to ensure a safe and successful procedure:
1. In Case of Scalp Hair Transplant

Shave the entire head using only a number zero clipper guard, electric clipper only. Do not use a razor or blade under any circumstances.
2. Showering Before the Procedure

Take a full shower the day before the procedure.

Wash your hair as usual.
-
Do not apply any gel, wax, oil, hair fibers, or styling products after washing.
3. Foods and Drinks to Avoid
Starting from the day before the procedure until the procedure is completed:

Do not eat garlic.
-
Avoid coffee and strong tea.
-
Avoid energy drinks.
-
Avoid all types of caffeine.
-
Avoid alcohol.
-
Avoid anything that may raise blood pressure or increase blood thinning.
4. Medications and Supplements to Avoid
It is recommended to stop the following medications 7 days before the procedure, unless your doctor tells you otherwise:

Aspirin.
-
Brufen / Advil / Motrin.
-
Naproxen.
-
Voltaren.
-
Blood thinners, such as Warfarin, Plavix, or Xarelto.
-
Vitamin E.
-
Omega-3 / fish oil.
-
Ginkgo biloba.
-
Garlic supplements.
If you are taking prescription blood-thinning medications, you must inform us in advance.
5. Smoking and Nicotine

Stop smoking for 24 hours before the procedure.

Avoid shisha, vaping, nicotine gum, and all nicotine products, as they affect blood circulation and healing.
6. Sleep

Try to sleep well the night before the procedure.
-
Avoid staying up late and avoid stress.
7. Clothing
-
Wear a button-up or zip-up shirt on the day of the procedure.

Avoid wearing a T-shirt that needs to be pulled over the head.
8. Health Conditions
Please inform us if you have:

High blood pressure.
-
Diabetes.
-
Recent congestion, flu, or fever.

Allergy to anesthesia.
-
Any blood clotting problem.
9. Not Allowed on the Morning of the Procedure

Do not use any product on your hair.
-
Do not use perfume.
-
Do not use spray deodorants.
-
Do not apply oils to the hair.
-
Do not drink coffee or tea.
-
A light breakfast is allowed, unless you are instructed otherwise.
10. Transportation

It is recommended to have someone accompany you to drive after the procedure in case you feel tired.
11. Contact Lenses and Accessories

Do not wear contact lenses.
-
Remove any jewelry, necklaces, or earrings.
